Kiswe, a company offering cloud based solutions to promote TV viewer engagement, and FITE, the premium digital streaming platform for combat sports, have teamed up. The partnership will combine FITE’s on-demand programming with Kiswe’s cloud-based technology to bring combat sports events to viewers around the world.
“We continually seek enhancements and value for our events on FITE,“ asserts FITE COO Michael Weber. “Having combat sports programs now available in multiple languages, where applicable, is the wave of the future and truly positions FITE as a worldwide digital television sports platform for our viewers and our programming partners utilizing Kiswe’s innovative technology.”
In a press release, the companies shared that FITE will leverage Kiswe’s CloudCast platform to integrate remote commentators into their live fights to make combat events originating from around the world accessible to every segment of their global audiences. Experts and guests will bring commentary to events to enhance the fan experience.
“Kiswe Mobile is thrilled to partner with FITE,” says Mike Schabel, CEO of Kiswe Mobile. “Combat Sports is one of the few sports that truly has global appeal and reach. We know that engagement increases when audiences are allowed to hear the event narrated in their local language and from familiar voices. CloudCast helps FITE deliver that high-quality user experience at scale.”
