Today I am very excited to introduce you to the Cord Cutters News team that makes this all possible. You all know me, the owner Luke Bouma I started this site almost nine years ago. Now I’m pleased to introduce the other three members of the Cord Cutters News team that make this site possible.
Here is our Cord Cutters News Team!
Chief Operating Officer
First, let us start with our longest-running team member of the team Becca Lockhart. She first joined Cord Cutters News back in 2018 as our Office Manager and rejoined the site when I repurchased it this year. Now Becca acts as our Chief Operating Officer and does a 1,000 things that make this site happen, most of which you never see.
From running the business side of Cord Cutters News to making sure the newsletters go out every day, Becca is a huge part of making sure Cord Cutters News keeps running.
Here is a little introduction from Becca herself:
Becca has been with Cord Cutters News since 2018 originally as the Office Manager until it was sold in 2020. She returned when Luke bought back the website in January of this year as the Chief Operating Officer. Becca holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is excited to be working at Cord Cutters News again.
Rebecca currently resides in Savannah, GA with her husband and 3 children. In her free time she loves to travel, read books, and spend time with her family at the beach.

Our second longest-running member of the Cord Cutters News team is Raymond McCain he first joined Cord Cutters News in late 2020 and has stayed with the site now that I am back, helping cover everything happening on TV and making sure you know where to find it.
Here is a little introduction from Raymond himself:
I’m an avid sports fan who has been cord cutting for years and I haven’t paid for cable in well over a decade. If I’m not watching sports then I’m probably watching the latest films released in theaters. I know, I cover streaming news but I do love the theatrical experience. There’s nothing like a thrilling horror or a knee-slapping comedy on the big screen. And you can also catch me at a live event during my downtime or traveling somewhere and enjoying the vibes and scenery.
I’m happy to provide you all with information on the latest events, tips, and tricks in the world of cord cutting.

I’m also pleased to introduce Kierstyn Cummando, who joined the Cord Cutters News team this week. She will be helping with our news coverage as we push to be your one-stop place for all the news and deals you need.

My name is Kierstyn Cummando and I’m excited to be a part of the Cord Cutters News Team as a writer! I am a Philadelphia-based writer currently in school for English and Creative Writing, and I am working towards eventually getting my Master’s in Creative Writing. When I’m not in school or writing, I am avidly reading, playing tabletop games with my friends, or spending time with my lovely cat, Yogi. I am also a huge fan of coffee shops; I do most of my work while sipping a cappuccino! I look forward to writing with Cord Cutters News and I am honored to be a part of the team!
