Have you been trying to decide what live TV streaming service you should subscribe to? Maybe you want to know which service has the happiest subscribers? Now ACSI has released their 2022-2023 Telecommunications Study that looked at which live TV streaming services has the happiest subscribers.
According to the study, Hulu with live TV subscribers, are the happiest subscribers. Not only does Hulu with live TV give you 85+ channels, but you also get Disney+ and ESPN+ along with Hulu’s on-demand catalog of content for $69.99.

According to this report, the overall average satisfaction with streaming went down in 2023 by 4%. No reason was given but YouTube TV’s satisfaction went down by 1% and DIRECTV STREAM satisfaction went down by 5%. Sling TV did see its satisfaction go up by 6%.
The report also says customers of video streaming services are happier than customers of airlines, car rentals, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and even search engines.
Some of the factors that went into customers rating video streaming services so highly were the quality of the app, ease of understanding the bill, website satisfaction, quality of original programming, number of movies and TV shows, and variety of the content.
