Today Hulu announced that they have appointed Linda Cardenas as Head of Viewer Experience Operations. As the Head of Viewer Experience Operations Cardenas will lead Hulu’s viewer experience team at its new contact center in San Antonio, TX. This is part of Hulu’s recent efforts to improve customer support by offering 24/7 subscriber support.
Hulu staff are now available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This all started back on March 12, 2017, a change from the old hours of 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific Time. Hulu has also added email and chat as well as social media. This change was first made in an effort to standout among live TV streaming services by offering better customer service.
Prior to joining Hulu, Cardenas was Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Voice of the Customer at SWBC. In her previous tenure, she has led business growth through customer experience improvements, driven enterprise change management initiatives, crafted talent management strategies and improved employee/labor relations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
