Recently Hulu struck a deal with Scripps that gave Hulu access to more HGTV, Travel Channel, and The Food Network shows.
At first Hulu-added shows included Chopped, Chopped Junior, Cupcake Wars, House Hunters, House Hunters International, Flip or Flop, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, and Property Brothers. Now you will find full seasons of the shows (yet not every season) on Hulu.
Hulu has continued to add more HGTV shows such as Love It or List It, House Hunters Renovation, and Flea Market Flip.
Hulu has also been expanding its line of Travel Channel shows such as Booze Traveler and Expedition Unknown.
For The Food Network you will find a slowly growing lineup of shows and back episodes including The Great Food Truck Race, Restaurant Impossible, Cake Wars, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
To get even more Scripps network content, Hulu’s new live TV beta will give your live access to HGTV, Travel Channel, and The Food Network.
Hulu seems to have an aggressive plan to break out of its long-time third place standing behind Netflix and Amazon Prime. Gone are the days where Hulu would only give you a couple of episodes of its shows. Increasingly older back catalog episodes are being added to Hulu.
