Ultimate Fighting Championship returns with a knockout 12-fight card for UFC Fight Night: Font vs. Vera live from UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada. Two top-10 Bantamweights will headline the event when #5 Rob Font takes on #8 Marlon “Chito” Vera. This event will be the 100th Fight Night and Vera’s first UFC main event.

With a 19-5 record inside of the Octagon, Rob Font is becoming one of the UFC’s premier knockout artists. The fighter out of Woburn, Massachusets has 8 wins by knockout and is a 3-time Performance of the Night winner. Font has won 4 of his last 5 fights but is coming off of a main event loss against Jose Aldo at Fight Night on December 4.

Fighting out of Woburn, Massachusetts, Vera has an 18-7 record and holds the UFC record for most stoppage wins in bantamweight history. Known as a closer, 15 of Vera’s 18 wins are by knockout or submission. He’s won 3 of his last 4 fights and is currently on a 2-fight win streak. Chito made a name for himself after knockout “Sugar” Sean O’Malley at UFC 252 in 2020, which handed O’Malley his first pro loss.
