The NFL season has finally arrived and Thursday Night Football returns with a stacked lineup of games. The upcoming season will be the Prime Video‘s second year as the exclusive home of TNF. Al Michaels will return as play-by-play with Kirk Herbstreit joining him in the commentary booth as an analyst. Kaylee Hartung and Terry Mcauley round out the coverage team as the sideline reporter and rules analyst, respectivey.
There is one exception the September 7th game will be on NBC.
16 games are scheduled for TNF, including the NFL’s first ever Black Friday game on November 24. Each game will be previewed on the TNF Tonight pre-game show, with TNF Postgame Show and TNF Nightcap providing post-game recap and analysis.
On-air talent for the pre-game, post-game, and halftime shows include host Charissa Thompson; analysts Tony Gonzalez, Richard Sherman, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Andrew Whitworth; feature reporter Taylor Rooks, news analyst Michael Smith, analytics expert Sam Schwartzstein, and contributor Marshawn Lynch.
