The semifinals of the PGA Tours Champions’ Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs tee’s off this weekend at Old Course at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, Florida. Established in 2007, the TimberTech Championship is the second of three events to take place at the venue, where the best professional golfers in the world, compete for a purse of $2,000,000 and a winner’s share of $305,000.
2019 winner Bernhard Langer looks to extend his lead as he will be swinging for his 6th Schwab Cup title. Langer recently became the oldest PGA Tour Champions winner and will face a field of the top 54 players in the world, including Ernie Els, Jim Furyk, Retief Goosen, Vijay Singh, Mike Weir, and 2020 TimberTech winner Darren Clarke.
Fans will make their return to the 2021 TimberTech Championship after it was not an in-person event in 2020. The 2019 event saw 60,000 spectators on the course, this year, cord cutters can find out how to watch all of the 2021 TimberTech Championship, below.
