The NFL’s best head to Orlando for the first day of the 2025 NFL Pro Bowl Games. Camping World Stadium will host the best players from the NFC and AFC who are not competing in the Big Game. Beginning today until Sunday, February 2, NFL players will showcase their talents in one of the biggest football celebrations of the year.

This year’s Pro Bowl Skills Showdown features 11 challenges over two days with Sunday’s flag football game highlighting the event. Key events during tonight’s coverage include Passing the Test, Satisfying Catches, The Big Spike, Relay Race, Helmet Harmony, and Dodgeball.

2025 NFL Pro Bowl Skills Showdown (Thursday, January 30)

The 2025 NFL Pro Bowl Championship will air on ESPN and ABC from Noon to 3 PM ET on Sunday, Feb. with simulstream available on ESPN+ and NFL+.

2025 Pro Bowl Skills Challenges

The 11 skills challenge events:

  • Passing the Test – Quarterbacks have 40 seconds to hit targets at different distances, each worth varying points. The team with the highest-scoring quarterback wins.
  • Satisfying Catches – A wide receiver, tight end, and defensive back from each conference tackle an obstacle course, including catches from a jugs machine at three distances. The team with the fastest combined time wins.
  • The Big Spike (3 points available) – Three linemen from each conference take three chances to score the highest on the Spike-o-Meter. The most powerful spike wins three points for their team.
  • Relay Race – Four players from each conference compete in a 40-yard relay. Each hands off a football to the next runner. The fastest team across three rounds wins.
  • Helmet Harmony – A game show where players test their knowledge of their teammates. Each correct answer earns a point, and the team with the most points wins.
  • Dodgeball – A three-round tournament of classic dodgeball with four teams of seven players. Teams mix AFC and NFC offensive, defensive, and special teams players.
  • Punt Perfect – One punter and one non-punter from each conference attempt to land punts into six buckets in the end zone. Each bucket is worth one point, with every fifth punt worth three. The team with the highest combined score wins.
  • Madden NFL 25 Competition (3 points available) – Two AFC and two NFC players compete in Madden NFL 25. The showdown is streamed live on EA Sports Madden’s Twitch, with highlights airing on ESPN. The winner earns three points for their conference.
  • The Great Football Race – Six players per conference compete in a relay with five football-themed challenges, finishing with a sled push. The first team to finish wins.
  • Tug-of-War – A five-on-five showdown of strength and teamwork over a foam pit. The first team to pull their opponents into the pit twice wins.
