The Alamodome in San Antonio will be the home of the 2023 XFL Championship Game between the DC Defenders and the Arlington Renegades.

After finishing the season 9-1, the Defenders secured their path to the title game by defeating the Seattle Sea Dragons. The Renegades locked up their spot in the championship game by upsetting the Roughnecks thanks to the performance of QB Luis Perez, who was 19 out of 27 for 289 yards and 3 touchdowns.

In their only matchup during the regular season, the Defenders won a 28-26 thriller and will be looking to have the same fortunes tonight. The Renegades are led by former Oklahoma Sooners national championship-winning head coach Bob Stoops, who would love to add another trophy to his trophy case.
