As the Stanley Cup Playoffs continue, tonight, 16 NHL teams look to change the fortunes of their franchise during the 2023 NHL Draft Lottery. The top prospect in this year’s draft is Connor Bedard, who many are saying will be the No. 1 on June 28 during the 2023 NHL Draft.
With an 18.5 percent odds of getting the No. 1 overall pick, the Anaheim Ducks are the favorites to win tonight’s lottery. The Columbus Blue Jackets are second with 13.5 percent and the 11.5 percent by the Chicago Blackhawks put them in third place.
Tonight’s draft lottery will be hosted by ESPN’s John Buccigross and he will be joined by analysts Mark Messier, Chirs Chelios, and P.K. Subban. The lottery will take place at NHL Network studios in Secaucus, New Jersey.
