Baseball on the Infield Chalk Line

Major League Baseball’s biggest names will take the field at T-Mobile Park for the 2023 MLB All-Star Game. The 93rd “Midsummer Classic” makes its return to the home of the Seattle Mariners for the first time since 2001.

The National League is looking to upset the American League, which is on a 9-game winning streak and a 47-43-2 series lead. NL All-Stars starters include lead vote-getter Ronald Aacuna Jr. (Atlanta Braves), Freddie Freeman (Dodgers), Luis Arraez (Marlins), Nolan Arenado (Cardinals), Orlando Arcia (Braves), Mookie Betts (Dodgers), Corbin Carroll (Diamondbacks), and J.D. Martinez (Dodgers). Managerial duties will go to Rob Thomson of the defending NL Champion Pittsburgh Pirates.

The American League All-Stars are led by vote leader Shohei Ohtani (Angels), who is having a historic season as a hitter and a pitcher. He’ll be joined by fellow AL All-Star team starters Mike Trout (Angels), Yandy Diaz (Rays), Jonam Heim (Texas Rangers), Marcus Semien (Rangers), Corey Seager (Rangers), Josh Jung (Rangers), Aaron Judge (Yankees), and Arozarena (Rays). Dusty Baker of the reigning World Series Champion Houston Astros will serve as the AL Manager.
