The PGA Tour heads to the Big Easy when the pros compete at the 2023 Zurich Classic of New Orleans. TPC Louisiana in Avondale, Louisiana, outside of New Orleans, will be the home of the only team competitions on the PGA Tour.
During the four-day event, 80 two-player teams will tee off for a chance to leave Louisiana with a winner’s share of $2.5 million of the $8.6 million purse.
In an event like no other, during each day of the tournament, players will compete with a partner in two alternating scoring formats. Record-setting 2022 winners Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffele will return as defending champions to take on notable pairings: the brother duo of 2023 RBC Heritage winner Matt Fitzpatrick and Alex Fitzpatrick, as well as the 2022 Zurich Classic runner-up team of Sam Burns and Billy Horschel.
