A New Year has arrived and college football bowl season continues with another big-time New Year’s Six Bowl Game, the 2024 Vrbo Fiesta Bowl. Live from Glendale, Arizona, No. 8 Oregon Ducks take on No. 18 Liberty Flames in front of a capacity crowd at State Farm Stadium.
At 11-2, the Oregon Ducks are making their fourth appearance in the Fiesta Bowl. The program is 2-1 all-time in the bowl game with their sole loss coming in the 2021 edition of the game. Representing Conference USA, the Liberty Flames ran the table with a 13-0 record to secure their first spot in a NY6 Bowl game in program history. The Flames are also the first C-USA team to play in an NY6 Bowl.
