Week 7 of the 2021-22 NBA Regular Season tips off tonight with a full-court press lineup of 9 nationally televised games. LeBron James, Steph Curry, Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokic, Chris Paul, Trae Young, Lonzo Ball, and Damian Lillard are some of the NBA’s biggest stars who will be under the bright lights this week

The first national game of the week is one of the most anticipated rematches of the season. The Miami Heat will host the Denver Nuggets on NBA TV, a matchup fans have been clamoring to watch since their last game two weeks ago.  When these two teams faced off in Denver, there was a physical altercation between reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic and Markieff Morris, which led to retaliation talks at tonight’s game.

TNT will be the home of Tuesday night’s doubleheader. The Battle of the Boroughs between the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets will tip off at the Barclay Center. The series is tied 106-10 all-time with tonight’s game serving as a tiebreaker. Brooklyn is currently on a 3-game win streak in the series.

The late game is a Western Conference matchup between the defending Western Conference champion Suns and the NBA’s best team the 18-2 Warriors. The Suns and Warriors have the two best records in the entire NBA. CP3 vs. Steph Curry will be an electric matchup between two future Hall of Fame point guards.

The NBA returns to NBA TV with a doubleheader on Thursday night. The Bulls will travel to Madison Square Garden to take on the Knicks. Both teams are in the middle of the pack in a tough Eastern Conference. This game may determine a future tiebreaker at the season’s end when the postseason starts.

The Trail Blazers will host the Spurs in the late game. Damian Lillard and the Trail Blazers are playing below expectations in head coach Chauncey Billups’ first season. The Spurs are currently in a rebuilding phase which makes this a must-win for Rip City.

ESPN will be home of the last night of national games for the week. The 76ers-Hawks will tip-off the early game in a 2021 Eastern Conference Semi-Finals rematch. Trae Young and the Hawks, send Joel Embiid and the Sixers packing, in Philly, during last year’s postseason. Atlanta won the series 4-3 and may have crushed any confidence the Sixers had. The Philly faithful’s mantra has been “Trust the Process” but so far this season, The Process looks like it’s over.

The NBA made a scheduled chance tonight and swapped the Battle of LA between the Lakers and Clippers for the Suns at Warriors. Tuesday night, these two clubs faced off with the Suns pulling out the W. Steph Curry and the Warriors will be looking to get their win back tonight.
