The NFL’s International Series is separating itself with a unique telecast that will feature characters from the hit Pixar-Disney franchise Toy Story. Sunday’s Week 4 contest between the Jacksonville Jaguars (1-2) and Atlanta Falcons (2-1) at Wembley Stadium in London will have a regular and alternate presentation. The alternate presentation, Toy Story Funday Football, will use NFL Next Gen Stats to simultaneously animate the players playing in Andy’s iconic room from Toy Story.
The early morning game will be available to watch on ESPN+, Disney+, and NFL+ and it will be the first professional football game in October. The Jaguars are coming off an upset 37-17 loss against division rivals Houston Texas in Jacksonville. Trevor Lawrence and Calvin Ridley will look to rally the troops across the pond when they take on a Falcons team that is coming off a 20-4 loss against the Detroit Lions. The Falcons, who have seen a lot from rookie RB Bijan Robinson, will hope to get third-year tight end Kyle Pitts more involved in the offense during this enhanced NFL broadcast.
