Weel 4 of the MLB season continues with 16 games on today’s docket. Two of the best teams in the NL West will take the field when the 14-7 Los Angeles Dodgers welcome the 14-8 San Francisco Giants to Dodger Stadium in one of baseball’s longest rivalries. These teams first met in 1890 when both franchises played in New York City and have played 2,540 times. The Giants lead the all-time regular-season series 1270-1248-17; however, the Dodgers won their most recent matchup 2-1 in the 2021 National League Division Series (3-2 series win).
