GEODIS Park will host one of soccer’s biggest stars when Lionel Messi and Inter Miami visit Nashville SC in the 2023 Leagues Cup Finals. The annual competition pits MLS teams against Liga MX teams in a tournament organized by MLS and the Mexican Football Federation but sanctioned by CONCACAF.

A total of 47 teams competed in this year’s Leagues Cup across 29 host cities. The finalists and third-place team will automatically qualify for the 2024 CONCACAF Champions Cup, in which the winner advances to the Round of 16. Heading into Saturday’s game, Lionel Messi leads all scorers with 9 goals. He’ll be looking to add a Leagues Cup trophy to his already impressive resume as he attempts to prove that he is still one of the greatest players in the world.
