The 8-12 Mavericks will welcome the 10-8 Suns to The Lone Star State at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBA TV in tonight’s national game. This will be a rematch of Saturday’s game where the Suns won 111-105. The Mavs have underperformed so far this season, and are currently on a 5-game losing streak. They’ve only won 3 of their last 8 games and tonight will not be an easy game against Phoenix. Fox Sports Arizona and Fox Sports Southwest will be home to tonight’s local broadcast.
Reigning NBA Champions the Los Angeles Lakers (15-6) travel down south to take on the Atlanta Hawks (10-9) at 7:30 p.m. ET on Fox Sports Southeast and Spectrum SportsNet. This will be the last game of LA’s 7-game road trip, where they’re 4-2 after defeating the Celtics on Saturday. Reigning Finals MVP LeBron James is looking to stake his claim as NBA MVP as he continues his impressive season.
After scoring a career-high 27 points against the Bucks, LaMelo Ball looks to become the frontrunner for Rookie of the Year when the 9-11 Hornets take on Southeastern Division rivals and defending Eastern Conference Champions the 7-12 Heat on Fox Sports Southeast and Fox Sports Sun at 7:30 p.m. ET. The Heat are one of the most disappointing teams in the NBA this season, and they’ve only won 3 of their last 11 games.
Tipping-off at 8 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Northwest and Fox Sports Wisconsin, two 8-loss teams compete in an interconference matchup. The Trail Blazers (10-8) are looking to establish some momentum and extend their streak to 2 games with a win tonight after defeating the Bulls on Saturday. Reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks (11-8) have lost their last 2 games to lottery teams.
