The 2024 NFL Playoffs continue as Super Wildcard Weekend comes to a close with an NFC match in the Sunshine State. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the Philadelphia Eagles in a win-or-go-home matchup.

Tonight’s game will be a special presentation as it’ll have a main broadcast with Troy Aikman, Joe Buck, and Lisa Salters; also, Peyton and Eli Manning will have an alternate telecast. Both will be able to stream on ESPN+.

As the defending Super Bowl champions, the 11-6 Philadelphia Eagles have had a rocky season and are 1-5 in their last six games. QB Jalen Hurts has been dealing with injuries during the stretch and fans are beginning to question the playcalling by head coach Nick Sirianni since the team was unable to win the division. The Eagles will need to win tonight’s game or there could be changes in the City of Brotherly Love.

The Bucs ended the regular season winning 5 of their last 6, including a Week 18 shutout against the Carolina Panthers. At 9-8, Tampa Bay won the NFC South after defeating the Panthers but they’re looking to keep their momentum going at home tonight. QB Baker Mayfield has had somewhat of a career resurgence this season and has been mentioned as one of the contenders for the 2024 NFL Comeback Player of the Year. A win tonight could go a long way to help his case.
