In 1871, 12-year-old Billy McCarty and his Irish family leave New York and travel west in search of new opportunities. That’s the start of this new epic series from Vikings and The Tudors creator Michael Hirst.

The eight-episode season of hour-long episodes will follow Billy the Kid as he makes his way to the west with his family and finds a new life full of crime, reckless characters, danger, and adventure.
