Two juggernauts collide for an opportunity to secure a spot in the 2024 College Football Playoffs when No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs take on the No. 8 Alabama Crimson Tide in the 2023 SEC Championship Game live from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

The 12-0 Bulldogs are the reigning national champions after winning back-to-back titles and are looking to advance to another CFP with a win. At 11-1, the Crimson Tide are looking for an upset and to get their name in the conversation to secure one of the four playoff spots. The last time these two teams met, Georgia defeated Alabama in the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship, 33-18. Historically, the Crimson Tide leads the all-time series 42-26-4, and today’s game is the fourth time the pair have met in the SEC Championship, with Alabama winning the previous three contests (2012, 2018, and 2021).

The Bulldogs will look to add another victory to their historic 29-game winning streak, as they have the longest streak in SEC history. The Dawgs broke Alabama’s record for the SEC’s longest streak last weekend. To add to the pair’s rivalry, the last time the Bulldogs took a loss was against Alabama in December of 2021 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the same stadium that’ll host today’s game.

The stakes won’t be any higher went these two conference rivals collide on the gridiron and cord cutters have plenty of ways to watch without paying a fortune. Find out how to watch Georgia vs. Alabama live without cable TV, below.
