On October 1, 2023, at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington, AEW will host “WrestleDream,” a tribute to the late Antonio Inoki. This historic event stems from AEW’s partnership with NJPW, featuring intense rivalries and culminating in Bryan Danielson’s long-awaited clash with NJPW’s Zack Sabre Jr. It’s a night of wrestling dreams coming to life, honoring Inoki’s enduring legacy.

The first ever edition of WrestleDream will feature 10 matches with the promotion’s biggest stars mixed with international talent from New Japan Pro Wrestling. Check out the full card, below.

  • Four-way tag team match for a future AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) vs. The Gunns (Colten & Austin Gunn) vs. The Lucha Bros (Rey Fenix & Penta El Zero Miedo) vs. Orange Cassidy & Hook
  • Handicap match for the ROH World Tag Team Championship: MJF (c) vs. The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch)
