The NFC Championship Game pits the Detroit Lions against the San Francisco 49ers in the semifinal round of the 2024 NFL Playoffs.
After defeating the Packers in the Divisional Round, the 49ers locked up their fourth NFC Championship Game appearance in the last five years. Last season, they were defeated by the Eagles due to their QB situation after Brock Purdy was injured. They’ll host a Lions team that is searching for their first NFC title game win in franchise history. The Lions pulled out a win over the Buccaneers in the previous round and are looking to advance to the Super Bowl for the first time.
