After a competitive first round that saw some of the league’s biggest stars take over games, the 2023 WNBA Playoffs head into the semifinal round with four teams remaining. The semifinals will consist of a best-of-5 format with the winners advancing to the finals.

Five-time All-WNBA selection Breanna Stewart looks to expand her legacy as one of the greatest players to step foot in the W when the No. 2 New York Liberty hosts the league’s all-time triple-double leader Alyssa Thoms and the No. 3 Connecticut Sun. The Liberty are in their first semifinals since 2015 and the Suns are returning to the semis for the second consecutive year.

The other postseason matchup features the defending champion and 1-seed Las Vegas Aces led by Aja Wilson, who is coming off a playoff franchise record performance with a double-double of 38 points and 16 rebounds in their sweep of the Chicago Sky. The Aces will be taking on the 2023 WNBA Most Improved Player Satou Sabally and the Dallas Wings.
