How to Watch 2022 G League Finals on Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV & More on April 14

After two nail-biting conference championship games, the Delaware Blue Coats will take on the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the 2022 NBA G League Finals. Unlike the first two rounds, the finals will be played in a best-of-3 format with the Vipers getting homecourt in games 1 and 3, if necessary.

The Vipers are looking to win their fourth G League title and their first one since 2019. Thanks to Mfiondu Kabengele’s 27 points and 10 rebounds double-double, RGV defeated the Agua Caliente Clippers 125-114 in the Western Conference finals, securing their 7th conference title. The Houston Rockets affiliate played great team ball with two other players scoring over 20 points: Anthony Lamb (23 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists) and Daishen Nix (22 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists). The Vipers also had 3 other players in double digits.

Historically, the Delaware Blue Coats and their previous incarnations have not had much success in the G League. They defeated the heavily-favored Raptors 905 in the Eastern Conference finals, 143-149, at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre. The Coats were led by Myles Powell, who had a magnificent performance with 34 points, including nailing 4 out of 6 from long range. Charlie Brown, Jr. and Aaron Henry dominated with  8 rebounds, 28 points, and 23 points, respectively. Henry had an incredible all-around performance with 9 assists and 3 blocked shots. Shaq Harrison nearly had a triple-double with 17 points, 13 assists, and 9 rebounds.
