We all know the pain after you cancel your TV service you get hundreds of emails and letters asking you to come back. Here is how you can get off their contact list for many of the major companies.

The first thing you need to do is add yourself to the Do Not Call list. You can do that on this site https://www.donotcall.gov/

DIRECTV:

https://support.directv.com/app/ask (Make sure to include your contact information so they know who to remove.)

Comcast:

Comcast has a website just for being removed from their mailing list. You can find it here http://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/account/do-not-call-do-not-mail-registry-requests

Time Warner:

If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please notify us in writing at our main local office, which will be noted on your cable bill, or by sending an e-mail to TWC.Privacy@TWCable.com. Please include your name and address on any such request.

Centurylink:

All you have to do is go to this site and fill out the form. https://www.qwest.com/privacy/optout.html
