The good news is there is a way to still get DIRECTV NOW customer support from a human. The next time you launch DIRECTV NOW chat support and it asks for what topic you have questions about just type Human twice. From there it will transfer you to a human tech support agent.

Now you still may want to try the bot supported tech support as it may help you skip the wait for a human agent. Yet if your questions are not answered by a bot this is the quickest way to get to a human tech support agent.

DIRECTV NOW is one of the few live TV streaming services to not offer a phone support option for their customers. For now, to contact DIRECTV NOW you need to be a customer and you need to use the DIRECTV NOW chat system through the settings menu on your computer.
