HBO Max Says ‘And Just Like That’ Had the Strongest Debut of any Original, Renews it for Season 2

After HBO Max’s Sex and the City spinoff series came to an end, we couldn’t help but wonder, will And Just Like That be getting a second season? The answer is yes.

HBO Max has confirmed the Original series starring SATC favorites Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristen Davis has received the official green light on Season 2. This news comes thanks to a successful first season which the streamer says was the strongest debut of any Max Original series to date.

So far, there’s no word on when production will start or when Season 2 will premiere, but at least fans can rest assured their lives will have more Carrie Bradshaw in the near future. In the mean time, you can stream the complete first season on HBO Max.

The Max Original And Just Like That…, the new chapter of the groundbreaking HBO series “Sex and the City,” from executive producer Michael Patrick King, follows Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.
