Gold House was founded four years ago setting out to reshape cultural narratives surrounding the Asian Pacific community. Partnering with HBO Max will accelerate initiatives to increase authentic representation of leaders, creators, and companies throughout the entire creative and marketing process.

“We know that the narratives in media shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. That’s the power of storytelling — and why accurate representation is critical in every step leading to what’s seen on and off screen. We’re excited to work with HBO Max to elevate our stories, celebrate our diversity, and uplift our communities,” says Jeremy Tran, COO of Gold House.

On the lineup for promotion is the Asian American and Pacific Islander Voices collection with a new reel themed “Champion the Bold”, as well as original programming Warrior, House of Ho, Parasite, and The Menu. As an added treat, HBO Max will host a panel discussion at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Islander Film Festival following the premiere of Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai.
