Today AT&T the new owners of HBO announced that starting tomorrow several of their HBO Europe Original productions will be coming to US subscribers to HBO NOW, HBO GO, and HBO ON Demand.
These new programs include ARANYÉLET (GOLDEN LIFE, Hungary) is centered around the Miklósi family, who live a life of luxury in an elite suburb of Budapest. Shamed by his father’s dying words, con man Attila Miklósi tries to go straight but eventually succumbs to pressure from his demanding wife Janka and his boss, Endre Hollós, and returns to his life of crime. When his son tries to follow him into the criminal underworld, Attila questions if he will be able to shield the boy from the consequences of his dangerous profession. Seasons one and two of ARANYÉLET (GOLDEN LIFE) will be available on HBO streaming platforms.
This will also include VALEA MUTÃ (THE SILENT VALLEY, Romania) follows Filip (Theodor Soptelea) and Horia (Vlad Balan), two teenage boys who cover up their presence at the scene of a multiple murder. As new twists develop in the investigation, it becomes harder for the boys to withhold secrets about that night. Will the killer’s identity be uncovered in time to save the boys?
