FuboTV Inc. a sports-centric live TV streaming platform, and Rangers Sports Network jointly announced today, a new agreement bringing Texas Rangers baseball to Fubo subscribers across multiple states. Effective immediately, the deal integrates Rangers Sports Network into Fubo’s lineup, offering live coverage of every available Texas Rangers game, along with pre- and postgame shows, to viewers in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Alongside the broadcast pact, Fubo has been named a Proud Partner of the Texas Rangers, deepening its ties with the Major League Baseball franchise.

Under the agreement, Fubo subscribers with English-language paid channel plans in the Rangers Sports Network footprint can access the broadcasts starting today. Additionally, Fubo is launching Rangers Sports Network as a standalone subscription option, available as an add-on to its free tier or Latino plan in the same markets. This flexibility broadens access for fans, aligning with Fubo’s strategy to cater to diverse viewer preferences. As part of the partnership, Fubo will roll out branding at Globe Life Field—including signage behind home plate—and offer fan engagement initiatives like sweepstakes, enhancing its visibility among Rangers supporters.

The move reinforces Fubo’s position as a leader in MLB streaming. The platform already delivers over 55,000 live sporting events annually, many in 4K, and carries more than 35 regional sports networks in its base package—touted as the most cost-effective option among live TV streamers. With existing coverage of MLB.TV, MLB Network, MLB Strike Zone, and networks like ESPN and FS1, plus local and regional sports channels, Fubo now adds the Rangers to its roster. Beyond sports, the service streams a wide range of entertainment and news, with over 40,000 on-demand TV shows and movies monthly.

Todd Mathers, Fubo’s executive vice president of content strategy and acquisition, emphasized the significance of the deal. “As the streaming leader in Major League Baseball coverage, we cannot be more thrilled to add Rangers Sports Network to Fubo,” he said. “Our robust carriage and sponsorship agreement means Fubo subscribers can watch Texas Rangers baseball all season long while engaging with the team through multiple fan opportunities.” Neil Leibman, chairman of Rangers Sports Media and Entertainment Company, echoed the sentiment, noting that the partnership expands viewing options since the network’s January launch. “Fubo’s carriage of RSN gives fans another tremendous avenue to watch Rangers baseball this season,” he said.

The agreement comes as cord-cutting accelerates, with streaming platforms like Fubo—priced at $79.99 monthly for its Pro plan—challenging traditional cable.
