After days of worrying that the Great American Family (GAF) would leave Frndly TV on October 1st, we now have good news: The network has apparently reached a deal to stay on Frndly TV. Last Sunday, GAF took the unusual step of publicly announcing the potential disruption through on-screen messages running on Frndly TV. Now though it has informed fans through its customer service that it will be staying on Frndly TV.

Great American Family (GAF) is a cable television network that focuses on family-oriented entertainment. Launched in 2021, it offers a mix of original programming and classic series, with a strong emphasis on holiday-themed movies and shows. GAF aims to provide wholesome content that celebrates faith, family, and American traditions. It’s often compared to Hallmark Channel, which has a similar style of programming but more overt expressions of Christian faith.

GAF is one of Frndly TV’s most popular channels, and its loss will definitely have hurt its service. This is helping drive GAF to demand more money from Frndly TV a service known for its low prices. Now, though, it seems that some type of deal has been reached between the two services.

We have reached out to Frndly TV for comment, but at the time of this posting, we have not heard back.
