Today, Frndly TV announced it is adding three new features after customers requested more ways to find and save their favorite content.
“Our customers are very engaged with Frndly TV, averaging approximately 18 hours per week on the platform,” said Joey Monjure, Frndly TV’s Vice President of Product & Customer Experience. “Since these new additions are among features most requested by our customers, we believe we can grow customer engagement and satisfaction with these new options. We’re pleased we can add these three elements and look forward to bringing our customers even more requested functionality in the future.”
The new features will be accessible across all Frndly TV-supported platforms as well as Classic and Premium customers. Basic customers will see a “TV Series Page” to find their favorite shows.
Subscribers will now have access to a “Favorites” feature to add shows and films to a personalized queue, which they can find under another new feature, the “My Stuff” tab. Members can build their own unique video content library by combining these two new options. The third feature is called “TV Series Page”, where audiences can find entire libraries of their favorite shows that have aired on Frndly TV.
“This collection of new features is squarely focused on enhancing our in-app user experience by improving the way customers discover and engage with shows and movies in a very simple and seamless way,” said Chris Lee, Frndly TV’s Director of Product. “We also think our customers will enjoy the new and improved design which gives the app a more premium look and feel that is consistent with the quality of programming we offer.”
This is the second time in 2023 that Frndly TV has made enhancements to its platform by listening to what its customer base wants. The company has a quick turnaround for making sure its service is as user-friendly as possible.
