Live entertainment-focused media group LiveXLive and is producing a slate of original content for a new music channel on STIRR. The two companies announced their latest collaboration earlier today with the channel set to launch in later this month.
“We are excited to continue to evolve our relationship with STIRR,” said Dermot McCormack, president, LiveXLive. “Once again delivering on our promise of connecting fans, bands, and brands, the LiveXLive music channel on STIRR will bring a completely new music experience to consumers while creating a new opportunity for advertisers. This deal also supports our goal to add to our slate of LiveXLive original IP and acquire new audiences across platforms.”
In addition to exclusive content, the LiveXLive channel on STIRR will also feature select music festivals, concerts, awards shows, and album release parties to deliver a way for music fans to be part of their favorite experiences in new ways. STIRR will also sponsor and cover LiveXLive’s traveling music news show LiveZone at events throughout the year.
This is the third collaboration between the two companies in just one year. In May 2019, LiveXLive partnered with STIRR to live stream EDC Las Vegas on the LiveXLive music pop-up channel, and in August partnered to create the STIRR Music Series, a live-streamed series of 12 music events across the globe.
