Facebook Is Rolling Out a New Way to Discover Their Original Shows

Facebook has made it clear that it wants to dive deeper into original content in an effort to help the site grow.

Now to push its original content to new viewers Facebook has added a Watch tab on Facebook’s website, apps, and TV apps. This new tab will allow you to browse its original shows, and Facebook hopes that helps get you addicted to its content.

Inside the Discover tab you will find sections like “Today’s Spotlight”, “New This Week”, “Popular Now”, “What Friends Are Watching”, “Most Talked About”, “Suggested For You”, and “10 Minutes Or More”.

Facebook is not alone in pushing for original content. Recently Twitter has also dove in for more original content and streaming deals to bring in more subscribers to its service.

Facebook said a limited group of testers are currently using the service, and it plans to bring the service to more people in the United States soon.
