Watch out Michael Myers, there’s another serial-killing blade-wheeling slasher out for blood on Halloween night. The second episode of Chucky sees the killer doll enact revenge towards the frenemies of his best friend on All Hallows’ Eve. After a highly-praised series premiere, episode 2 of the series picks up where we left off, with Jake having to make choice between helping or stopping Chucky from going on his trademark murder spree. If you missed out on Tuesday night’s broadcast, you can watch an extended version of episode 2, “Give Me Something Good to Eat,” for free on SyFy’s YouTube page.
Franchise creator Don Mancini has returned for this serial adaptation of the wisecracking serial-killing Good Guy doll. The chaos is bound to pick up as the series progresses. Brad Dourif reprised his role as the iconic voice of Chucky. The series is set in the modern-day but characters from the past like Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent), Kyle (Christine Elise McCarthy), Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) are set to return. They will be joined by Chucky’s new “best friend” and the main protagonist of the series Jake Wheeler (Zackary Arthur).
