DraftKings has announced a major collaboration with NBCUniversal that will deliver exclusive sports betting integrations across some of the biggest sports events on television and digital platforms. The deal includes high-profile properties like the NFL, NBA, Premier League, NCAA basketball and football, PGA TOUR, WNBA, and more. This goes along with major events such as Super Bowl LX, NBA All-Star Weekend, and the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Telemundo.
The partnership aims to enhance the viewing experience across NBCUniversal’s entire sports portfolio, with DraftKings gaining prominent placement in streaming, digital, and linear broadcasts. That means viewers using apps like Peacock or watching through NBC Sports platforms can expect to see more real-time odds, fantasy content, and betting integrations woven into live coverage.
Enhancing the Sports Streaming Experience
This agreement marks one of DraftKings’ most expansive integrations to date. In addition to betting overlays and daily fantasy content, the collaboration will include promotions tied to live broadcasts, opportunities for digital sponsorships, and involvement from NBCUniversal’s on-air talent.
DraftKings’ Chief Marketing Officer Stephanie Sherman called it a “landmark agreement” that brings fans “a customer experience that moves at the speed of sports.” Whether it’s live NFL action or global soccer tournaments, the company plans to tap into NBCUniversal’s broad reach and passionate sports audience to drive innovation and engagement.
Streaming Meets Real-Time Interaction
As more fans turn to streaming platforms for live sports, this move reflects a broader shift in how audiences connect with games. By combining NBCUniversal’s deep library of premium sports content with DraftKings’ betting and fantasy products, the two companies hope to redefine what interactive sports entertainment looks like.
Peter Lazarus of NBC Sports described DraftKings as “an industry leader and marketplace innovator,” saying the partnership will “transform the viewer experience” just as NBCUniversal rolls out one of its most ambitious slates of sports programming ever.
