Dr. Seuss Enterprises has teamed up with Little Dot Studios to launch an always-on Dr. Seuss YouTube channel. Marking a significant expansion of the beloved brand’s presence in the digital world, the partnership aims to provide families and educators with engaging, educational content directly through YouTube, a platform that’s increasingly becoming a go-to destination for children’s entertainment and learning.
The channel features an abundant lineup of original programming produced by Little Dot Studios. It includes fun and educational series like Dr. Seuss Storytime, which offers read-alongs of classic Seuss stories, and Learn to Read with Dr. Seuss Babies, the first offering from the new Dr. Seuss Babies brand. Other exciting shows like The Lorax’s Nature Club and The Cat in The Hat’s Quirky Quiz encourage curiosity and environmental awareness, while Draw Your Dream Pet inspires creativity. With regular new episodes, parents and educators can count on fresh, enriching content to share with children.
In addition to English-language programming, the channel will cater to bilingual and Spanish-speaking families with Spanish-language content. This ensures a wider reach and inclusivity for audiences seeking trusted, educational material.
Susan Brandt, President and CEO of Dr. Seuss Enterprises, emphasized the importance of YouTube as a platform: “Parents trust Dr. Seuss to deliver high-quality, educational, and entertaining content. The Dr. Seuss YouTube channel will bring our trusted and beloved characters to life in fun and unexpected ways,” she said. Brandt noted that the channel aims to become a go-to resource for both families and educators.
Little Dot Studios, known for its expertise in digital content, is playing a pivotal role in shaping the channel’s ongoing strategy. Holly Graham, Chief Commercial Officer at Little Dot Studios, highlighted the studio’s enthusiasm for the project, stating, “Our unique understanding of YouTube content paired with the rich heritage and love of the Dr. Seuss brand will ensure the creation of an engaging, always-on hub.”
The partnership also involves Electric Studios, a division of Electric Theatre Collective, which has provided animation for the project. With such a strong creative team behind it, the new Dr. Seuss YouTube channel promises to deliver entertaining and educational content that will engage children while supporting parents and educators.
