Disney+ Releases Trailer for Doctor Who Christmas Special ‘Joy to the World’

The holiday season is about to get a lot more exciting with the highly anticipated Doctor Who Christmas Special, “Joy to the World,” which will stream on Disney+. This year’s special promises to be a thrilling adventure filled with danger, dinosaurs, and, of course, the Doctor.

Earlier today, Disney+ released the official trailer for the eagerly awaited “Doctor Who” Christmas special, “Joy to the World,” ahead of its Christmas Day release that you can watch here. The episode will premiere on Wednesday, December 25 at 12:10 PM EST, and you can watch it on Disney+.

The Christmas special stars Ncuti Gatwa (“Sex Education”) as the Doctor and Nicola Coughlan (“Bridgerton”) as Joy. Steph de Whalley as Anita, Jonathan Aris as Melnak, Joel Fry as Trev, Peter Benedict as Basil, Julia Watson as Hilda and Niamh Marie Smith as Sylvia will join them as additional cast members.
