Back in June 2022, DISH went after the owners of the pirate IPTV service Nitro TV. DISH ended up winning $100 million in damages. Now DISH wants the court to seize the house of the owner.

After winning the $100 million in damages, DISH started going through the Galindo’s family assets to find ways to get their $100 million. After failing to find the money, they need now; DISH is looking at the defendant’s house in Texas, which is reportedly worth $1 million.

DISH claims that the house was paid for with money earned by running the pirate IPTV service. This is all according to a report from TorrentFreak.

DISH has been one of the leaders going after pirate IPTV services. Over the last few years, DISH has gone after and shut down multiple IPTV services, including aggressively going after the owners to recover the awarded damages.

DISH is once again showing that it will not stop until they find ways to stop illegal IPTV services and collect its damages.

The question now is will the court agree with DISH’s plans to seize the house of Nitro TV’s house.
