DIRECTV announced today that it will make 24 race F1 season available to both residential and business customers, for anyone who receives Apple TV through DIRECTV.
In October, Apple announce that it will be the exclusive streaming home of Formula 1 for the next five years. Apple’s coverage will include all practice, qualifying, Sprint sessions, and Grands Prix and will be available to all Apple TV subscribers.
DIRECTV will make the 24-race circuit available nationwide to customers at home and through DIRECTV for Business, which includes over 300,000 sports bars, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial venues.
The agreement announced today also renews customer access to Apple TV’s Major League Baseball’s “Friday Night Baseball” doubleheaders throughout the 2026 campaign, as well as with a new season of Major League Soccer, starting this Saturday, February 21.
Anyone who subscribes to Apple TV through DIRECTV will have access within their DIRECTV experience, without needing to close out and open a separate app. You can sign up by checking out the Premium Subscriptions section of DIRECTV, which offers premium add-ons including Apple TV, along with Peacock, Netflix, Hallmark+, and more. The Apple TV add-on costs $12.99 per month.
