DIRECTV NOW Ask Frustrated Subscribers for “Patience” as They Say “We’re Working on It”

DirecTV has released several updates in an effort to address many of the common issues, but many are still facing glitches almost daily.

What does DIRECTV NOW have to say about all of these issues?  “With any new technology there are going to be fixes that need to be made. While we understand we still have work to do, overall feedback on DIRECTV NOW has been very positive. In this instance, only a limited amount of customers are affected and we are working quickly to address,” they said in a statement to GeekWire.

The growing number of issues has made many wonder if DIRECTV NOW rushed to quickly to get their service on the market before competitors from companies like Hulu and Google hit the market. There is a lot of truth in the idea that streaming live TV online is no simple task, but many expected more from the DIRECTV NOW service.

Hopefully DIRECTV NOW will improve their communication with their subscribers as the lack of phone support and refusal to comment on blackouts have left many subscribers frustrated. Their willingness to finally talk about these issues could be a sign they will improve communication with their subscribers.
