DIRECTV users can now tune in to The Cowboy Channel in high definition, both with DIRECTV’s satellite and streaming services as the platform launches a free preview on channel 603.
The preview aligns with the 10-day National Finals Rodeo tournament, which began today, Thursday, December 4. DIRECTV says: “The NFR remains the premier event in rodeo, bringing together top competitors across bronc riding, barrel racing, steer wrestling and more. DIRECTV’s HD feed delivers the arena atmosphere straight to viewers with crisp detail.
The Cowboy Channel preview will be available to satellite and streaming customers now through at least the end of the National Finals Rodeo tournament on December 13, so that subscribers can watch all of the action of the big stakes competitions and standout performances.
Along with residential customers, DIRECTV for Business accounts will also have access to the channel so that patrons of sports bars, restaurants and other venues can watch the tournament.
