DIRECTV has a new offer to make two of its Genre Packs more affordable. You can now bundle two of the packs for a discounted price.
Today, DIRECTV announced the new MyEntertainment and MyNews streaming duo offer. The offer combines MyEntertainment’s lineup of top entertainment channels and the MyNews pack for local and national news. In total, the duo has over 70 channels for $59.99 per month for the first two months. After that, the price goes up to $74.99 per month (a $12.99 savings compared to subscribing to the two packs individually.)
The MyEntertainment Genre Pack has over 60 channels including FX,HGTV, A&E, Bravo, and more. MyEntertainment also gives you access to four premium services – Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+,and AMC+. However, the pack is missing local channels. Bundling with the MyNews pack gives you those local channels, along with CNN, Fox News, Bloomberg TV, MSNOW, and more news channels.
Combining the two packages gives you a more comprehensive channel lineup, with a price slightly lower than the most basic DIRECTV Signature Package, the Entertainment package, which comes in at $89.99 per month after one month of a discounted promo price.
