DIRECTV and Lionsgate announced in June a partnership to bring a “custom-curated premium channel” to DIRECTV subscribers.That channel launched today.
The new Lionsgate Collection channel is available in all DIRECTV packages, including satellite, streaming, and MyFree DIRECTV.
Some highlights from the collection include TV series like Weeds, Nurse Jackie, Nashville, The Conners, The Royals, Rookie Blue, and High Town. Viewers will also get movies including La La Land, American Psycho, Bombshell, War, Crank & Crank 2, The Expendables, the Kickboxer franchise, and the Saw franchise. In total, the collection features over 20,000 curated titles.
