Cox Communications is tackling the growing popularity of cord cutting by launch of its new Xumo Stream Box to its internet and TV customers. This 4K streaming device offers unified live TV and streaming apps into a single, user-friendly platform, available now to Cox Internet customers nationwide,

Powered by Comcast’s Entertainment OS, the Xumo Stream Box offers several key features designed to simplify the entertainment experience:

  • Personalized Recommendations: AI and human editors curate content suggestions, making it easier to discover new shows and movies.
  • Extensive App Library: Hundreds of streaming apps come pre-loaded, including live TV services like YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV, and popular on-demand platforms like Netflix, Disney+, and Max.
  • My List: Users can create personalized watchlists for each family member.
