COMET TV is gearing up for an exciting weekend for Trekkies that promises to be out of this world. Starting Friday, June 16th, and running through Sunday, June 18th, COMET FEST is making sci-fi fans’ dreams come true by celebrating the original Star Trek movies.
Joining the first annual COMET FEST is William Shatner, who will have an exclusive chat with COMET TV. He will also appear over the weekend in The Captains Close Up, a documentary series premiering on COMET TV.
Fans can enter a special competition now to win a limited edition COMET FEST t-shirt. Winners of a sci-fi cosplay competition will be selected tomorrow, June 15th. Check out the competitors’ creations here.
Following up the Star Trek marathon will be COMET TV’s premiere of the long-running series GRIMM. The show follows Detective Nick Burkhardt as he discovers he’s a descendant of a long line of warriors known as Grimms. He must defend his city from the Wesen – part human, part animal.
