Comet, the free TV home for fans of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and the supernatural, is celebrating its 10th anniversary on October 31 with a daylong lineup of fan-favorite movies just in time for Halloween. The celebration also includes a 10-day social media countdown featuring throwback promos and clips from the network’s first decade, launching today across Comet’s official channels.

Since its 2015 debut, Comet has become a go-to destination for genre fans, offering classics like Stargate SG-1 and The Outer Limits, along with cult favorites including Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Battlestar Galactica. Today, the network’s lineup spans The X-Files, Grimm, and Xena: Warrior Princess, plus blockbuster franchises like The Terminator, Star Trek, Jurassic Park, and The Matrix.

“Comet was built by and for fans, and that connection is what’s fueled our success for the last ten years,” said Adam Ware, Senior Vice President of Growth Networks at Sinclair. “From our first broadcast we’ve stayed true to what audiences love most: smart, imaginative, larger-than-life storytelling. This anniversary is a celebration of our audience, our partners, and the creative worlds that continue to inspire us every day.”
