Today Xumo Play, the free ad-supported streaming service owned by Comcast, has recently been adding more content. Now Xumo Play the free streaming service, now offers over 300 live TV channels for cord cutters. Not only are there free live channels but thousands of on-demand movies and TV episodes to pick from.

With this move, Xumo Play is now one of the largest joining services like Tubi, Pluto TV, and more. Making it an excellent option for cord cutters.

If you have not tried out Xumo Play, this may be a great time to do just that. Comcast has recently been investing heavily into Xumo Play as it is now a main focus for the company.

Recently Comcast announced a $20 a month live TV streaming service called Now TV that offers 40 live channels, on-demand, and Peacock. There will also be a lot of free content from Xumo Play built into the Now TV service. Helping make Now TV even better.

Comcast is not stopping there as Xumo Play channels will start showing up in the Comcast Xfinity TV user interface soon. This marks a first as cable TV will be copying many live TV streaming services like Fubo, Philo, and more by adding free ad-supported channels. With this move Xfinity Cable TV subscribers could find hundreds of new channels added to their cable TV service.

Comcast and Spectrum are also working together to launch a new streaming player and Smart TV to take on Roku, Fire TV, Google, and more. This new service will be built on the Xumo Play OS. Xumo Play will now be built into the user interface on Comcast’s new OS.

You can find the Xumo Play app on Rokus, Fire TV, Apple TV, Smart TVs, Xfinity Xumo devices, and more. You can also watch it for free on their website HERE. IF you have yet to try out Xumo Play you are missing out on over 300 free live channels and a ton of free on-demand content.
